Manifesta 8 In Dialogue with Northern Africa, takes place in the spanish Region of Murcia.
The exposition, curated by the collectives ACAF, CPS and Tranzit1 is spread over 14 Venues across the cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
Thomas Engelbert collaborates as Technical Director, in charge of the refurbishment of the Old Postal Office Murcia, the production of around 50 art projects convoced by the collectives ACAF ( Alexandria Contemporary Art Foundation) and CPS ( Chamber of Public Secrets) in the venues Correos, Espacio AV Murcia, ARQUA Cartagena and Autopsy Pavilion Cartagena and the maintainance and dismanteliong of the show.
The shows at Former Correos Murcia, Espacio AV, Murcia and Arqua, Cartagena are curated by ACAF, Bassam El Baroni and Jeremy Deller.
